Thank you for shopping with Side Glance Archive. All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand production partners. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

All items are custom produced after an order is placed.

Estimated production time:

  • 2–5 business days

Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Product availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Holidays
  • Fulfillment partner capacity
  • Supply chain or carrier disruptions

Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee immediate production or shipment.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times within the United States:

  • 3–7 business days after production is completed

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Customs or transit disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Side Glance Archive is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Side Glance Archive ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment notification.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Because products may be produced at different fulfillment facilities, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Separate tracking numbers may be provided for individual shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:

  • We may be able to update the address if contacted immediately
  • Address changes may not be possible once production begins
  • Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted or modified by us

Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Side Glance Archive is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Side Glance Archive is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, or circumstances outside our control

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.

After production is underway, cancellations and/or changes can no longer be made.

Return & Exchange Reminder

Because products are custom made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor print placement variations
  • Slight garment color or texture differences
