Refund policy

At Side Glance Archive, every item is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, we kindly ask customers to review sizing, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Minor placement variations within standard print tolerance

Since all products are made-to-order, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sideglancearchive@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund if appropriate

Order Cancellations

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.

After production is underway, cancellations and/or changes can no longer be made.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after approval

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed
  • We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • We may be able to update it if contacted immediately
  • Once production or shipping begins, we cannot guarantee changes

Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
