How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order.
Please allow approximately:
- 2–5 business days for production
- 3–7 business days for shipping within the U.S.
During holidays or high-volume periods, production and shipping may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. We use print-on-demand fulfillment through Printify, which helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to offer unique designs without mass manufacturing.
Because your item is custom made, production takes a few business days before shipping.
What printing method do you use?
Most of our apparel is printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing.
DTG allows for:
- soft-feel prints
- detailed artwork
- vibrant colors
- comfortable everyday wear
Some designs may have slight variations in print placement or color due to the custom production process.
Some DTG printed garments may arrive with a temporary mild scent from the printing process. This is normal and typically disappears after the first wash.
What shirt brands do you use?
We use multiple apparel brands depending on the product and style.
The specific garment brand and fit details are listed within each product description whenever possible.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the sizing chart on each product page before ordering.
Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges for incorrect sizing selections.
If you prefer a looser fit, sizing up is often recommended.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- misprinted
- defective
- or incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
When reaching out, please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make an adjustment, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.
After production is underway, cancellations and/or changes can no longer be made.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking information appears stuck or your package seems lost, please contact us at sideglancearchive@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are generally considered successfully delivered, but we’ll still do our best to help.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at sideglancearchive@gmail.com if you notice an incorrect address.
If the order has not entered production yet, we may be able to update it.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email with shipment updates.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to fully update after shipment notification.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely.
Pricing information is not included in shipped packages.
You can also enter a separate shipping address at checkout if sending directly to someone else.
Are colors on screen always accurate?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.
However, actual print colors may vary slightly depending on:
- monitor settings
- lighting
- garment material
- printing process
Slight variations are normal with DTG printing.
How should I wash my shirt?
For best results:
- wash inside out
- use cold water
- tumble dry low or air dry
- avoid bleach
- do not iron directly on the design
Following care instructions will help maximize print longevity.
How quickly do you respond to messages?

We appreciate your patience during weekends and holidays.
Why do some items arrive separately?
Some products may ship separately depending on:
- garment type
- print provider location
- inventory availability
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in different packages.
Do you offer bulk orders or custom requests?
Feel free to contact us at sideglancearchive@gmail.com regarding larger orders or custom inquiries. We’ll let you know what’s possible.
Order Verification & Fraud Protection
To help protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, some orders may be subject to additional verification before processing.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent by our payment or fraud detection systems.
If additional verification is needed, we may contact you before your order is approved and sent to production.
Orders canceled due to suspected fraud will be refunded to the original payment method.
